Not every entryway needs a showstopper — sometimes a few well-chosen pieces are exactly right. Birdie's Perch is our smallest seasonal offering, designed for the spaces that don't need (or don't have room for) a full porch display: three hand-picked pumpkins, a mum tucked into its own planter, and a pair of corn stalk bundles, arranged simply and beautifully right at your door. It's a lighter touch than Birdie's Nest, but it carries the same full-service care — we source it, design it, and install it, so you get a warm, seasonal welcome without lifting a finger. Perfect for: apartments, condos, small entryways, second doors, or as a thoughtful gift for someone else's porch. We'll do our best to accommodate your preferred time, but since we cluster deliveries by neighborhood each day, your exact appointment window will be confirmed closer to your delivery date.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposit A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your delivery date, with the remaining balance due on delivery day. We accept Venmo, PayPal, and cash. Your date isn't confirmed until the deposit is received — spots are first-come, first-served, so don't wait too long to lock yours in! Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancel more than 7 days before your scheduled delivery and receive a full refund minus your deposit. Cancel within 7 days of delivery and we're unable to offer a refund, since materials have already been purchased for your order. Need a new date instead? You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Weather Light rain won't slow us down — deliveries proceed as scheduled. In heavy rain, storms, or other unsafe conditions, we'll reach out to reschedule your delivery to the next available date at no extra charge. Your safety (and your pumpkins!) come first. Product Care We hand-select high-quality pumpkins, mums, and seasonal materials for every order — exact items may vary slightly based on availability. Pumpkins typically last 2–3 months with proper care; we're not responsible for natural decline due to weather, pests, or placement in direct sun or heat. Mums need watering every 2–3 days, and we'll send simple care tips after your installation.
