Terms & Conditions

By accessing this website or purchasing from Birdies Blooms NW, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

General

Birdies Blooms NW provides plants, seeds, tubers, blooms, digital products, and educational resources. All products and content are offered subject to availability and these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Product Information

We make every effort to display and describe our products accurately. Because we work with living plants and natural materials, variations in size, color, and appearance are normal and expected.

Photos are representative only and may not reflect the exact item received.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to availability issues, errors in pricing or descriptions, or suspected fraud.

Pickup & Delivery

Some products are available for farm pickup only, while others may be shipped.

Pickup orders must be collected on the selected date and within the designated pickup window.
Shipped items are sent according to the timelines stated at checkout.
Shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control may occur.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the nature of living and perishable products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Farm-pickup plants and blooms are final sale.
Mailed tubers may be eligible for replacement if they arrive damaged and are reported within the stated timeframe.
Digital products are non-refundable.

Please refer to our Return & Replacement Policy and Digital Product Policy for full details.

Care Responsibility

Once products leave our care, proper handling, planting, storage, and ongoing care are the responsibility of the customer. Growing results vary based on environment, weather, and individual care practices.
