Cancellation Policy

Booking & Deposit A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your delivery date, with the remaining balance due on delivery day. We accept Venmo, PayPal, and cash. Your date isn't confirmed until the deposit is received — spots are first-come, first-served, so don't wait too long to lock yours in! Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancel more than 7 days before your scheduled delivery and receive a full refund minus your deposit. Cancel within 7 days of delivery and we're unable to offer a refund, since materials have already been purchased for your order. Need a new date instead? You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Weather Light rain won't slow us down — deliveries proceed as scheduled. In heavy rain, storms, or other unsafe conditions, we'll reach out to reschedule your delivery to the next available date at no extra charge. Your safety (and your pumpkins!) come first. Product Care We hand-select high-quality pumpkins, mums, and seasonal materials for every order — exact items may vary slightly based on availability. Pumpkins typically last 2–3 months with proper care; we're not responsible for natural decline due to weather, pests, or placement in direct sun or heat. Mums need watering every 2–3 days, and we'll send simple care tips after your installation.
